1. I’m applying for PCA services. How long will it take to get on the program?
Upon successful completion of your intake assessment it should take an average of 45 days from your initial referral until MassHealth approves you for PCA services. Keep in mind that this can get delayed if your physician does not make timely reply with medical documentation, which has specific relevance to your ability to care for yourself.
