4. My PCA has jury duty coming up. Can she get paid for the time she’s at court?
MassHealth will pay a limited amount of reimbursement for PCAs required to perform juror service. This is possible only if the PCA was in court during what would be the PCA’s regularly scheduled work hours. MassHealth will only pay up to three days.
There are specific procedures for this and you should notify our member services staff to request reimbursement for jury duty.
