1. Does my PCA work for my ILC?
No, you are the employer. Your PCA works for you. You are responsible for the hiring, training, scheduling, directing your PCAs and if necessary, firing. Stavros only does the bookkeeping to pay the paychecks to your PCAs - and trains you to work with PCAs.
